About us
Ontario's estate field team.
We've been doing this work for a long time. Lawyers across the province trust us because we close files.
Who we are
Estate Cleanout Windsor is one of Ontario's most established estate liquidation services. We've been the field team for estate lawyers across Windsor-Essex and beyond for years — handling the real estate, the contents, the vehicles, the appraisals, and everything else that needs to happen before a file can close.
We built this business around one idea: lawyers shouldn't have to manage field work. You have enough to handle. We take the estate off your plate and give you back what matters — your time, your focus, and a clean file.

Brian Price is the founding partner of Lawyers Inc. and the Seniors First Team. A REALTOR, estate auctioneer, estate appraiser, and senior housing consultant, Brian brings a rare combination of financial training and on-the-ground estate experience to every file.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance and has earned designations across appraisal, estate administration, and seniors housing — including the Lifestyles 55+ Masters in Seniors Housing Consultancy. He is the principal behind Brian A. Price and Associates.
His question is always the same: "How can I help?" That philosophy drives every engagement — whether it's a straightforward contents sale or a complex multi-asset estate that needs a steady hand from start to finish.
